We are currently looking for a talented Sous Chef to work for a highly prestigious Golf club in Bicester starting ASAP. OPTION OF 4 DAY WORKING WEEK.

Shift Pattern: 4 OR 5days out of 7 working a 40-45 hour week

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Tips and Bonus's

Job Description:

Working closely with the Head Chef to cater a variety of different events

Confidently cooking with fresh food from local suppliers as Sous Chef

Not afraid to muck in and help in all areas of the kitchen

Hardworking, enthusiastic, clean + organised

Keeping your station clean and tidy

Required/Preferred Skills:

Sous Chef experience

Excellent attendance and reliability

Working within a team

Knowledge of health and safety practices
