Our commitment to you doesn't end once we have found your perfect candidate! Wizard Recruitment provides aftercare services to ensure a smooth transition for our clients. We will follow up weekly to ensure the candidate is getting on well and still meeting your needs. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the provided candidate and that there is nothing else we can do to assist you.
How do I start working with Wizard Recruitment?
Step Two
After you have met with the candidate(s) and they have given you a great first impression, you can either; ask to meet with them again for a more in-depth chat, book them in for a trial shift or offer them the role straight away!
You can meet with the candidate(s) as many times as you require, you do not pay a penny until you have offered them a role and they have arrived on day 1 to start there journey with you.
Step One
To start the process, you simply just need to call us directly on 01480 217832 and ask to speak to one of our friendly consultants. Once you have told us your requirements, we will instantly post multiple adverts on all of our job boards and social media and look to get CVs over to you ASAP. You will only receive CVs that have been heavily vetted, specifically to the requirements of your role(s) and it is then your choice to whether or not you would like to meet the candidate.
Step Three
Once you are happy with the candidate, you have offered the role and they have accepted, the process could not be easier to get them started. We will simply provide you with all their contact details so you can send them a contract, offer letter etc. You communicate with them regarding a start date and we will invoice you upon the day they start. All permanent positions filled by us, unless stated, will come with a 12-week rebate structure so that you are insured.
