Job Description

We currently have the need to source a Permanent, Senior Sous, to work in a Contract Catering site in Ware starting ASAP.


You will be working in the staff canteen, working Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00. NO WEEKENDS.


Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00's, NO WEEKENDS


Salary: £30,000


Job Description


  • Assisting the Chef Manager with all requirements

  • Delegating to your team

  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering

  • Approving and refining dishes before they reach the customer

Required/Preferred Skills


  • Senior Sous Chef experience

  • Excellent attendance and reliability

  • Working within a teamKnowledge of health and safety practices

  • Enhanced DBS is required
