We currently have the need to source a Permanent, Chef Manager, to work in Cambridge starting ASAP.
You will be managing the staff canteen, working Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00. NO WEEKENDS.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00's, NO WEEKENDS
Salary: £30,000
Job Description
Controlling and directing the food preparation process
Delegating to your team as Chef Manager
Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
Approving and refining dishes before they reach the customer
Required/Preferred Skills
Chef Manager experience
Excellent attendance and reliability
Working within a team
Knowledge of health and safety practices
Enhanced DBS is required
