Job Description
We are looking to source a Trainee/ Commis Chef to work for a Hotel, Conference Centre in St. Neots, starting ASAP.
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, mixture of earlies and lates, 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-22:00.
Salary: £22,672 - £27,206 + Tips + Bonus's
Job Description:
Assisting all Chefs and learning on the job
Different styles of cooking such as Buffet, Al a Carte, Set Menu
Not afraid to muck in and help in all areas of the kitchen
Hardworking, enthusiastic, clean + organised
Keeping your station clean and tidy
Required/Preferred Skills:
Chef experience
Excellent attendance and reliability
Working within a team
Knowledge of health and safety practices
