We currently have a Senior Culinary Project Manager role available for a Cruise Ship company based in Southampton, looking to start ASAP. Energy and passion are a must!
This is a unique, exciting position that requires a split between both Office (60%) & Kitchen work (40%). This role is perfect for a Executive Chef who is looking to progress his career into more of an analytical, data driven position, whilst still having exposure to the Kitchen.
As Senior Culinary Project Manager, you will require a wealth of culinary knowledge, alongside a strong, modern understanding of data, analytics, forecasts, budgets and more.
One of your main responsibilities with be to manage new projects across the fleet of ships and to also work closely with the internal food departments to consolidate and migrate data within the company.
Hourly Rate/ Salary
£24.00ph - £30.00ph/ £50,000 - £60,000 annum.
Shift Pattern
5 days out of 7, Monday - Friday
08:00-17:00
Job Description
Liaising with the Head Chef/ Executive Chef to come up with new seasonal menus and ideas
Liaising with the Office Managers to spot patterns and/ trend in the markets
Create reports for Senior/ Area Managers
Analyse data to forecast the coming months/ years
Focus on data and analytics
Consolidate and migrate data within the company
Required/Preferred Skills
Head Chef/ Executive Chef experience
Project Management
Excellent attendance and reliability
Working within a team
Knowledge of health and safety practices
